Overview
Our Janitors help ensure that our community is always clean and welcoming. They ensure the cleanliness of common spaces enjoyed by residents and visitors, storage areas, vacant apartments, and more. They play an important role in the safety of residents by adhering to disinfecting and infection control procedures. The right person for this role will be hardworking, reliable, and enjoy interacting with residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, disinfecting
- Cleaning windows, window treatments, and doors
- Taking out the trash
- Cleaning carpets
- Maintaining equipment and supplies
- Cleaning vacant apartments to prepare quickly for new move-ins
- Other tasks as requested by supervisor
Qualifications
- Ability to operate industrial laundry and carpet-cleaning equipment
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
